Due to the instant-delivery nature of our digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions If you experience a technical issue with your download — such as a corrupted file or a delivery failure — please contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@shoppetsgalore.store and we will resolve it promptly.

European Union If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital download, you waive this right in accordance with EU digital content regulations.
